As condo owners, we could not be successful in the vrbo/homeaway market without our partnership with True Spruce. We transitioned from a management company to renting on our own in Summer 2017. It became important to us to have more control over the rental process, particularly knowing how the condo was left upon checkout and how the condo was prepared for the guest. We signed on with Truce Spruce because we were initially impressed with Annie and Jordan's professional and organized approach and our working relationship has grown from there. We had a very busy 2017-2018 ski season with many same day checkouts/check-ins and there was never a gliche in dates or timing. We consistently receive guest reviews about how clean our unit is upon arrival. The True Spruce team always lets us know how the property was left upon a guest's departure in the event there is something we need to address and this communication is so appreciated.
This summer, we had an incident where a guest had an issue with our front door lock and True Spruce came to their assistance - an issue that had nothing to do with their services and everything to do with helping out us out. They even left a bottle of wine for the guest with a note apologizing for the inconvenience and we only learned of this when the guest thanked us! This group gets customer service - attentive, dependable, consistent, responsive, amazing attention to detail, always exceeding expectations, and the list goes on! Hands down, this list adds up to the best cleaning company in Steamboat! We wish there was an option for more than 5 stars because they deserve it!
