  • How much do you charge?

    We charge a flat rate for turnovers. To give you a flat rate we will need to do a walk through. If you are looking for a price range after talking to you we can give you an estimated range.

  • What is included in my turnover price?

    A flat turnover rate includes: cleaning, all sheets, all towels, stocking, and off-site laundry.

  • What areas are covered in a regular turnover clean?

    Here is a complete checklist of areas covered during a turnover clean.

  • How do I communicate when I need turnover cleans with you?

    We us an automated scheduling software called VRScheduler. Owner’s share ical links from VRBO, AirBnb, and other booking platforms. Bookings are added into our system and turnover cleans are automatically scheduled. Owners also have an owner’s portal to add private bookings.

  • How do I know my place is clean?

    After each turnover and inspection you are sent a notification your place is clean and ready for check in. This can be sent by text, email, or both.

  • Do you service my area?

    We clean vacation rentals in Steamboat Springs, CO. This includes both mountain and town side properties. We currently do not service Stagecoach, Oak Creek, Clark, Milner, or Hayden

  • Do you clean residential or commercial properties?

    True Spruce currently only cleans vacation rentals. We do not service residential or commercial properties.

  • Can you accommodate same day cleans or back to back cleans?

    Yes, we can turn your place over for a back to back stay also known as a same day check out/ check in. We require a check out time of 10 am and check in time of 4pm. You will be notified as soon as your place is ready.

  • How can I communicate with you?

    We can be reached by text, call, email, or through the VRScheduler portal.
